A drawing class led by artist Kelly Ahern. Automatic drawing (or automatism) is a form of art-making in which the artist suppresses conscious control over the art-making process, allowing the unconscious mind to take over the creation. The salon will last 3 hours with time for multiple drawings. Throughout the night you’ll have options for guided drawings, select still lives, and/or the opportunity to lean into automatism and create whatever comes up for you.
